Simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play, create your account, and start by setting up your first habit or fitness goal. The app will guide you through the process of choosing your first virtual animal companion.

You earn new animals by consistently completing your habits and reaching milestones. Each animal has different unlock requirements - some need daily streaks, others require specific fitness achievements or Strava integration.

Go to Settings > Integrations > Strava and tap "Connect Account". You'll be redirected to Strava to authorize the connection. Once connected, your activities will automatically sync and contribute to your animal care and rewards.

The AR feature uses your device's camera to place your virtual animals in the real world. Simply tap the AR button next to any of your animals, point your camera at a flat surface, and watch your companion appear in your environment!

Don't worry! Your animals won't disappear, but they might appear a bit sad. You can get back on track the next day. We believe in progress, not perfection. Some animals are more forgiving than others, and you can earn "revival treats" to help cheer them up.

Yes! Sprouts is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). All features are available on both platforms, and your data syncs across devices when you log in with the same account.
